Sunday, our last day in Boston, one week after we arrived.
We had to be out of our apartment by 11 am and our flight didn't leave until the evening, so our choices of activities were limited to those in which we could bring our luggage with us!
Which meant we sat around, relaxing:An interesting street light:
Pigeon-watching (this guy has some string wrapped around his leg. I hope he made it OK. I kind of wanted Brian to capture him -- he has caught pigeons before when we did wildlife rescue -- but didn't want to cause a scene):
In a park:
When we went to the T to take it to the airport, there was a sign saying that the Blue Line was closed! So we had to get on a bus that took us to another bus that took us to another bus that took us to the airport. I wasn't sure we'd make it, but we did!Dropped off at the airport:
And with that, we got on our plane (which was on time) and headed home. As always, we had a wonderful trip.
